Image Hosting For Blogger

Blogger has an disadvantage of hosting,still we are having an option to upload images in blogger and use.Do you know how it really works? If as image is uploaded then it must be hosted somewhere yes,it is hosted in picasa a google product to host images for blogger and others.

This picasa product is independent for users and a non blogger can also use picasa application in pc and upload or sync directly on web.

Blogger images are uploaded to Picasa

For some bloggers it will be a magic where the uploaded blogger images are hosted and how can own my images in billions of images hosted by blogger.Its not like that all images uploaded in blogger are automatically stored in picasa and links are produced and added to blogger.Then all images are linked with google+ profile.

we always use an automatic way by just clicking image button in blogger and uploading an image,then using it but when you don't use an image it will be removed from that post and not deleted.To upload directly and manage all your blogger images here we had produced a simple tutorial to upload and manage in picasa.

You can also manually upload the images in picasa, use some simple steps to upload the images directly and get a link.

Manual Image host in Picasa 

• Log in to picasaweb.google.com.
• Then simply click upload button then drag an drop image you can drag multiple image at once.
• Then give new album name and image name and tag name.
• Then copy the link of the image in sidebar named as link to this photo.
• Then embedded that URL in blogger.

Note:If you diretcly upload then change permission or image visibility as public otherwise you won't able to show images in blogger.

Manage Blogger Images in Picasa

• Picasa has direct online storage for 5GB.
• You can edit by opening an album images.
• Then click organize button straight below the upload button.
• Then select you can select multiple file by using CTLR keyboard shortcuts.
• Then move to different group or other options.
• You can also delete the selected images but warning if delete images in picasa used in blogger also deleted and no chance of getting it back.

Now enjoy and manage all your blogger images and delete unwanted images out of your profile note that you can also share directly and album also.
