Feedburner is easy way of spreading articles and also make visitors know about the latest article updates as soon as possible.So it become must for bloggers to use feedburner.

Feedburner is also a google product and it provides blog readers to get featured updates about the recent post in blog to their inbox directly.It is very easy to configure with blog as google already provides feedburner directly through subscribe button.But its most feature are not used by many bloggers.Here i am going to explain configuration of feedburner.

Feedburner setup

Feedburner is configured with auto discover that means feed no need to configure anything big just enter the blog name or website name.

1. Now just sigin to gmail account or google account.Then open feedburner in new tab.After that just enter the webiste or blog URL in (www.blogname.blogspot.com or www.webistename.com) this format after that click next.

2.Then assign feed title for your feed and the feed address (i.e) feed URL that you want to share with the visitors after that click next.

3.After that a message will be displayed and in that click "skip directly to feed management".

4.You can edit feed setting as it will be in menu.Then click "optimize" button in that page and optimize all the buttons.

5.Make sure all the below settings are configured or check below settings are checkes(tick mark and optimize all).

• Activate Browser friendly.
• Activate Maximum compitabillity.(smart feed)
• Activate FeedFlare.
• I also recommend to activate summary Burner

6. Monitize option  in feedburner is useless as ads for feeds are already stopped by Google Adsense.

7.Then click publicize option in menu then configure and get script get live feed images.

I recommend to give only summary in feed because visitors will visit your site for reading more.

Feedburner URL setup

You can change the feedburner URL but after changing feddburner URL don't forget update that in blogger.(not for firs time).To update in Blogger go to dashboard then setting then feed URL and change the new feedburner URL in that.

Advantage of using FeedBurner

Feedburner plays major role in bring visitors for a new post within minutes that too from your blog lovers it will also reduce bounce rate for new post and increase CTR value for that page.It also provide readers to keep notified about the updates about the latest post.
