    Google has many features for bloggers as google authorisation for bloggers and webmasters.This is a great trick to get featured in goolge search listings.All those listings images will be displayed with image of author or webmasters.

    1.create a Google+ account and update your profile with your image.

    2.To verify that it is your blog or website paste the google + profile link to blog or websiite author page anywhere in the website.

    replace google_plus_link with your  goggle+ link.

    3.Author page or about us page for blog or website(click here for tutorial to create aboutus page),upload same image which as google profile picture.

    4.Now goto plus.google.com .

    5.Then click edit profile in that change custom link then add blog or website URL.

    6.Then in that click edit profile and check "show this tab on my profile".


    Thats all you have done,just wait for few days to appear image on google listings.
