How to add contact us option to menu in blog or website?

Blog and websites are posting huge contents blog and websites are also posting techinical or coding parts,but if they have any need to contact they dont want post that as a comments or they need to contact the administrator or website owner the best way is to use contact us form.

contact us form makes the blog or website visitors comfortable and keep them interacting the visitor.contact us form makes the website to make usefull, for both visitor and website.

To get this form you must have to create a seperate page in blog it is very simple and step by step for blog is given below with screenshots just follow as it is below.

Step 1:-

Open the below link in new tab by right click and select new tab

click here-and open in new tab 

as it will redirect to a web page which is providing the contact us form support for all websites and blogs.

Step 2:-

click show further options and select the feilds that you want to display in the contact us form and then select required fields.

step 3:-

Then change the colour of the form accorfing to the blog or website background so it will look as same as blog interface.

step 4:-

Then you must enter the email address which the visitor wants you to contact.

step 5:

To get contact us code just click the "Create formlar " button in that page.

• Code will be shown and says that copy it any where in blog

but it wont work like that just follow the instructions here.

• just copy the code by selecting all by CTRL+A and CTRL+C.
• open NOTEPAD and paste that code by clicking CTRL+V.
• No need to save it,and dont close notepad,you can close that webpage.

Now you will get an email to the address you have entered.

Adding to websites:

Just copy the code and create a new page with names  either "contact" or "contact us"or "contact form" or "support" ny one of them and save that.It can aslo done by ataching a new seperate html page tp template.

Adding to blog:(only for adding to blog or website pointed to blog)

step 1:-

open blogger and log in to your account.

step 2:-

Then click pages and add new page

Then scroll the new page option and select blank page.

step 3:

Then don't add any contents to that and click html then copy the code from notepad and paste it anywhere in that description.

step 4:

Then save the page with name either "contact" or "contact us"or "contact form" or "support",with any one name.
